Konstantinos Doulfis is highly experienced in domestic and cross - border litigation with his experience gained from practicing in top Greek law firms. Konstantinos specializes in international and domestic commercial litigation and dispute resolution. His wide - ranging expertise includes trade, contract, maritime and tort disputes. Konstantinos' non contentious assignments include drafting all necessary documents for the incorporation of companies, assisting companies in their day to day activities, consulting on general commercial and civil law and providing advice on a variety of issues which a company may be faced, including employment and tax issues, opening of bank accounts abroad, establishing of Greek societe anonymes and its subsidiaries, mergers and acquisitions, conducting due diligence reviews etc.

Konstantinos graduated from the University of Athens and qualified in Athens in 2004. He possesses a LLM by the same University in the field of Greek Civil Procedure; Konstantinos is a member of Athens Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all Greek Courts including the Supreme Court of Greece and the Council of State.
